Windsor Casino
The new Casino Windsor Hotel Resort was built in close proximity to the Detroit River. The main raft slab for the structure was to be constructed approximately 10 m (33 ft) below the high water table. In order to counter the buoyancy forces from the large slab, it was necessary to tie the slab into the underlaying soil. Chance Helical Anchors were chosen for the project due to their high capacity and installation efficiencies.
